The reason you dont see more current jobs is that I have a much higher priority in finding
candidates for the jobs on which I am working than I do in spending time updating the current list.

While I am thinking about it... if you are actively seeking an income stream and a long term job,
and one of your priorities is to find a recruiter with many open jobs... . be advised, that in my opinion.
less than five dozen contingent recruiters nationwide have more than 8 open jobs on which they
are working.
Most firms getting a dozen or more unsolicited resumes per day from all over the country
which means that they are not giving a lot of serious consideration to recruiters with decades
of experience... like me.. and have been directed to try to avoid payment of recruiters fees....
given the reality of supply and demand, and that few are willing to give much credence to
any recruiter with 4 decades or more experience, regardless of the value of my contacts
and my consideration of the subjectives, motivation, desire, work ethic, leadership, creativity,
ingenuity, resoures, ad nauseam which few recruiters or gatekeepers EVER consider.
I generally make a dozen calls per day to employers starting on the East coast and
proceeding westward as the day passes.. starting 9:30 AM seeking open & viable jobs
in design, engineering, production, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, materials,
and esp sales, accounts management and business development..
I also email specific texts to gate keepers elaborating on my credentials . especially
those whose websites I have visited, capturing details of one of their top open jobs..
and asking for engagement on a contingent basis for consideration of
"closely targeted world class passive candidates " whom I have in mind.. and send
well over 1000 emails of those specific requests per day five days per week, and have
been doing that for decades.. and to year to date have gotten less response than I can
count on one hand.. go figure !
Now you realize why REAL unemployment in this country is much closer to 18 % than
it is to what the mainstream media reports of 8% !!
