Sales Eng BS EIT $75-85 HOUSTON 28 Mar 2008

One of my clients is seeking a sales engineer whose primary job includes but is not limited to
sales, testing, and liaison with Engineering & Construction companies and Depts of Transportation.

Responsibilities: Marketing, finding, estimating, bidding, securing, and negotiating work within
identified region. Promote and secure profitable new contracts and maintain customer relations.
Will develop presentations on products. Identify potential clients. Make sales presentations to clients
including contractors, architects, engineers, and DOTs. Keep abreast of changing market conditions
and competition so that marketing strategies and financial planning are accurate. Assist in developing
( design and testing) new products and improving existing products

Experience and Education: Marketing knowledge, creativity, and energy. Understand the importance
of Client relations and service orientation . Seeks Excellent organizational skills. Communication and
presentation skills . Computer literate -- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCad.
Must have Engineering Degree from a US school . Must have an EIT and be eligible for PE registration
in a reasonable time frame

will train in aspects of post tensioning and concrete construction. Will train outstanding recent
graduate, but really seeks several years post graduate engineering or technical experience, with
interests in a sales career in the longer term. Compensation: $70-80 base plus standard benefits.
