One of my local engineering clients says ...

We are looking for Construction Project Managers for Piping, Plumbing and HVAC systems with an engineering background.
I do not need design engineers, and especially those unfamiliar with our industrial projects and disciplines.

prefers persons with industrial construction and industrial facilities projects mgt in power plants,
nat gas facils, Tank farms, where structural steel, concrete pads, hvac, Heavy equipment, tower cranes,
cooling towers, chillers, boilers, millwrights and steel erectors are evident.. could have some exper
in estimating, site development, logistics of getting material and equipment to the site, maintaining close
contact with subcontractors, safety standards, equipment safety, etc..espec interested in those
with solid HVAC industry knowledge.

Salary $75-80,000 range or more depending on experience.
