Human resource management within the department with Director of Design Manage customer expectations relative to design services offered with the project managers. Process improvement with Director of Design. Development of new service products

Qualifications/Skills Needed Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture or related field with seven to ten years experience. NCIDQ/AIA certified. Ability to work, communicate, multi-task and lead in a team environment. Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, projects, and ACAD Project management experience Decision maker Strong written and verbal communication skills Seal documents Business minor or 5 years of proven business management .
