One of my affiliates has a client seeking a senior manager:
The Trust & Investment Services is seeking a leader responsible for the
overall management of the Division consisting of Personal Trust Administration,
Employee Benefit Administration, Corporate Trust (Stock Transfer), and Brokerage
Services with a staff of 12.

Primary Responsibilities include: • Drives business development and new business
revenue • Management, strategy, and direction of the Trust Division.
• Management of the divisions associates • Investment management responsibility
of discretionary accounts. • Oversight of compliance, risk management, and related activities
• Sales Management and Leadership of the division • Budgetary responsibility for the division
• System administration and oversight

Successful candidate will have: • Investment and business development background;
highly prefer CFA.. Will consider trading/retail brokerage business background • Demonstrated
success with leading, managing, developing of team. Solid understanding of and experience
with Personal Trust Administtration, Employee Benefit Administration, and Stock Transfer Activities
• Experience with Fiduciary Responsibilities and Regulations. • Fiduciary Investment

Management experience • Trust accounting systems experience. • Knowledge of Trust &
Investment Management Industry Best Practtices • Trust & Investment Management sales
experience. • Understanding of the retail brokerage business • Experience with Trust &
Investment Management Industry Informaation Technology applications
