One of my employers seeks a DIRECTOR of GLOBAL PROCUREMENT
Reporting to the Procurement Group Director, this individual will lead the global
indirect procurement function in driving lowest cost and highest possible quality and
availability of indirect materials and services and will ultimately be responsible for over $270M
in annual expenditures. Working in collaboration with the Operations Council,

Global Indirect Procurement Director will drive cross GBU standardization, supplier
integration; new sourcing opportunities in low cost markets and through team development
and process improvement continually raise the capability and effectiveness of the group.
In addition they will develop simple, credible, accurate metrics and implement best practice
procurement principles throughout the organization.

Required Skills - Demonstrable track record of delivery and of sustaining real and
lasting savings in a multi business unit environment. Experience in medical device
procurement/manufacturing environment beneficial.

Required Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations. Masters degree in Business
or Operations an advantage. At least ten years procurement experience in a complex, multi-national
environment. Eight years of proven leadership experience managing people, directly or indirectly, in
