CFO with CPA + 8-10 yrs exper. $120-130 WV 16 April 2008

I am now under engagement with a firm seeking a CFO / Financial Mgr in West VA in the $120-130,000 base salary range. The incumbent intends to retire shortly and I want to be prepared to show his firm some qualified and interested candidates.. especially those who are willing to live in West VA, and have strong cost accounting / mfg/ real estate/ construction or arch & engineering industry expertise, banking industry contacts/relations, contracts negotiation and administration and related audit and financial management / tracking skills.

This firm has a strong preference for a person with CPA and strong financial management skills and ability to manage commercial bonds in the range valued at $380 million.. and a govt grant from DOE in the amount of $130 million and administered via oversight by Citi Corp.. If you have a CPA & any relationship with CITI.. then you may be ahead of the pack..

This will involve a major commerciall/ industrial real estate development project capitalized at $380 MIillion, as well as construction of a power plant, and a concrete block facillity which will use fly ash in making block for construction of buildings which will be leased to major tenants. and which tenants will use power and steam from the adjacet power plant facility..
