One of my affiliates has a major national client in Eastern Iowa. Large plant (900 emps)
making ethanol, syrups, oils, bio-degradable plastics, food ingredients, etc.

Wants a solid exp. mgr who knows DCS systems and also has some IT exp. in background.
Seeks as close to 10 years mgmt exp. and will supervise control staff and in-house IT operations
which is almost all devoted to process reporting. Prefer degree. $$$ to +/- $100K, plus good benefits.

Could have either BSEE or possibly BSCS degree. probably will not consider anyone with a
4 year degree and citizenship. but I"m happy to review those with green cards.. Seeks good spoken
English.. with proven leadership and supervisory abilities and track record of supervision over 5 or 6
others minimum.. and comfortable with midwestern Social culture.
