One of my affiliates says " Filling this job is a matter of finding the right personality rather
than specific technical expertise. Must be a really sharp sales engineer who can work with
both the maintenance guys as well as executives. I need to fill this position so my client can
spend more time with his family. He currently has 43% of the total sales of his company. "

Summary: This position is responsible for identifying, developing, closing and managing all
sales activity within the assigned territory, including Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Additional
accounts may also be assigned within the Southeast to insure the booking potential is maximized and
the financial goals are met or exceeded. This includes setting and evaluating individual goals, providing strategic
guidance to Parts Sales and other Company personnel, maintaining customer coverage plan to promote
Company’s full capabilities, working closely with and managing activities of Sales Reps, evaluating
and recommending strategies for all major projects within the District plus monitoring and controlling
individual expenses, complying with reporting and administrative requirements in a professional and
timely manner. 75 – 100% travel required.

Relocation is required (preferred location is Atlanta, Birmingham, or Chattanooga).
Essential Functions: Coordinate the sales efforts of all companies in assigned territory.
Develop sales forecasts, sales business plans and maintain technical competence in the
products and services supplied to market.

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customer personnel to promote all
Company products and services. Develop strategies to win projects and position Company for
future opportunities. Follow established guidelines; provide effective and timely communications to
appropriate proposal personnel to insure quality responses to customers’ inquiries and/or specifications
covering sales proposals, technical and/or operational issues. Coordinate and direct activity of sales
reps within assigned clients. Establish Company as the viable supplier of products and services within
the assigned territory and customer base. Monitor and report competitors activities.

Job Qualifications: 4-Year Bachelors Degree – Engineering preferred.
Seeks 5+ years related and/or industry experience; prefer expertise in the electric utility industry. Ability to deal with all levels of internal and external customers. Additional Responsibilities: Benefits Summary: Offer the following benefits to eligible employees:
