One of my employers seeks a plant mgr with BSME or BSChE and 5-8 years experience in operations, production, quality, safety, scheduling, maintenance, facilities, machinery prev maint, facilities, for high speed blown film operations..

The lower end of the range would be for someone with 3-5 years experience.. the upper end for those with 5-8 years experience and my decision maker prefers not to consider those with over 10 years experience, unless there are other compelling reasons related to urgency, proximity, technical depth in the specific products, machinery knowledge, timing, leadership, customer base.... etc...

This job replaces the recently departed incumbent. immediate consideration. Salary open. key is depth of experience in blown film, co extrusion, shrink films, and their associated production equipment and machinery. This spec was created by me on the fly, since i've not received any detailed spec yet from the client. I do not think this job will long be open.. and was told by the VP that if he found a qualified candidate he's ready to move immediately with an appropriate offer..
