Yesterday Wed 14th. The President decided to offer this position to a consultant who would remain based in Seattle. I have no idea if he will accept, but until I know either way it probably doesn't make sense to keep the search active. I am very sorry. You produced outstanding candidates in whom Mark was very interested. I don't know if he just got too much pressure from the board to act NOW or if something else happened, but it was a surprise to everyone. My affiliates has a new client in Central Illinois with 70 employees, and which is
involved in TV, cable & phone systems in large complexes and they are located
in 30 states. He and president are close friends. Both agree they have a weak CFO.
He says : I am looking for someone with mfg costing experience, a good manager from a
larger corp.Salary open, but they expect to pay over $100K.
