Bus Dev - Arch design, Furnishings, & Relo GA $70 +++ 17 Jan 2007

My client seeks: Bus Dev Rep Reporting to a Sales Leader.

Specific Responsibilities


1.Generate sales for the company in the three main product categories that client provides 
“ interior architectural design, contract furnishings, and relocation management”.
2.Develop business in the geographic area “once defined”, develop business on assigned accounts, 
   and leads that are generated by client or any associated companies. 
3.Develop sales through self effort business development functions “calls, networking, 
    new business development,   and following a defined sales process developed by client.
4.Create an agreed upon annual sales plan with the intent to exceed the task and goals.
5.Manage the client resources to insure that the client’s expectations are met or exceeded.
6.Have a maturity to mange their business inside clients Sales volume, Gross Profit, and client relations.

Specific Task required: 1.Business development calls to end users. 2.Networking with commercial real estate community 3.Networking with vendors with B to B sales cycles like client’s. 4.Work in CRM- SALES software for reporting, sales funnel. 5.Attend sales meeting, sales training, Client training, and one on one sales review meeting.

Qualifications / Skills Needed: 1.The ability to understand the clients view/ needs “to unfold the pain” to provide solutions (Solution Selling). 2.A discipline work ethic that includes organizational ability for them self, support resources, and clients (Organizational accountability). 3.The ability to understand the industry or have related industry experience that the sales process is similar. ( highly inquisitive / curious) 4.High Desire to Win (Meets goals, both numbers and commitments agreed to) 5.High Energy and ability to energize others (Produce work ethic to work smart and hard)

Educational Requirements: 1.Must have High School Diploma and some secondary education. Experience: 1.Sales in a related field to client’s that has called on B to B accounts. 2.Must be able to show success in working career.
