One of my clients is staffing and developing an R&D and Emissions Testing division. We do sophisticated auto & engine emissions testing and diesel particulate catalyst development in Philadelphia area.

Business Development Manager (Technical Sales) for our emissions testing services. Salary $60 -70,000 + benefits; relocation assist and stock options for the right candidate. Once our Managing Director is found, I will need at least two to four engine emissions techs who will be managed by the Director (salaries 45 ­ 50 thousand). We cannot afford to waste time finding qualified people, but I must do my due diligence in finding the best recruiting partner and have chosen you. The specified qualifications for Director position has not found ANY interest.

The Tech Sales position has brought a flood of sales people with not one single applicant with ANY knowledge of emissions testing. God bless sales people who believe they can sell anything, but we need someone with a feel for the emissions industry. I am very seriously interested in your services.

Its my guess that he would be receptive to anyone with any reasonably complex testing services sales and marketing experience, esp in areas of gas analysis, leak detectors, combustion equipment, related systems, with any automated testing of automotive components, especially engines. and engine components, or related.
