GLOBAL PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MGR $110K to $150K base Best may be BSCHE, but any Technical Degree will be considered

Purpose of Position: Leads and drives automation strategies and initiatives. Leads and drives a continuous improvement SC Technology group using Six Sigma tools and methods. Establish effective metrics and standards. Leads and drives Supp Chain standardized global, regional and role processes among Technology and Co-Champion the effort with Supp chain stake holders. Leads and drives a "Maintenance of Change" for process Technology Provide core project leadership as directed by Director Global Supply Chain Change and innovation.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Six Sigma Green belt trained - Six Sigma Lean Leader trained Strategy development experience . Strong systems, automation and industry experience. Relationship management experience. Business process design experience. Supervisory experience Ability to lead by influence across multiple cultures . seeks 7+ years exper after BS degree minimum.

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Six Sigma Green belt certified SCOR supply chain model and metrics experience or training SC Planning experience Acquisition integration experience Maintenance of Change process control training Management experience Degree in supply chain discipline desirable.
